Responsibilities:
-Follow up the whole order processing from order placement to shipment
-Communicate with overseas buyers actively to ensure meeting the customers’ requirements
-Work with factories, all company cross functions of QC, shipping, etc. to ensure products are delivered on time and to specification
-Solve production and order follow-up problems
Requirements:
-At least 2 years experience as senior merchandiser, preferably in trading company or factory
-Familiar with Europe and US market would be an asset
-Excellent negotiation and problem solving skill
-Have attention to details and able to communicate at all levels
-Able to handle multi-task at a time and work under pressure
-Integrity, self motivation, dedication and strong sense of responsibility
-Easy-going, patient and a good team player
-Good command of English, PC literacy
